RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At CHIARA MAGNAGHI, each piece is produced in limited quantities and under strict quality standards. For this reason, all sales are considered final, except where otherwise required by applicable law or by the present policy.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (ONLINE PURCHASES)

In accordance with Argentine Consumer Protection Law No. 24,240, customers may revoke their purchase within ten (10) calendar days from the date the product is received.

To exercise this right, customers must contact:

The request must include:

• Full name

• Order number

• Purchased item

Once the request is received, a return authorization number will be issued in order to coordinate the return process.

When applicable, refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, without penalties and in accordance with applicable law.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Due to the limited nature of our pieces, returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in the exact same condition in which it was delivered.

The item must:

• show no signs of wear or use
• not have been washed
• be free of stains, makeup, perfume or odors
• show no alterations or damage
• retain all original tags attached
• retain the security seal intact
• include the complete original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

SECURITY TAG

All garments include an inviolable security tag.

Returns will only be accepted if the security tag remains attached, intact, and unaltered.

Removal or alteration of the security tag will be considered final acceptance of the product.

PRODUCT INSPECTION

All returned items undergo a quality inspection upon arrival.

Returns may be refused if the item shows signs of use including, but not limited to:

• perfume or smoke odor

• stains or makeup

• fabric wear or marks

• altered tags or packaging

• damage to the garment

Additionally, if there are indications that the item has been used for events, photoshoots, audiovisual productions, styling purposes, or social media content, the return may be rejected.

If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to the customer without refund.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the item meets all the conditions described above.

The first exchange shipment will be covered by the brand.
Additional exchanges will be at the customer's expense.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

• SALE items
• custom or personalized products

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

If a product presents a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact sales@chiaramagnaghi.com and provide clear photographs for evaluation.

These cases will be handled in accordance with the legal warranty established by Argentine consumer law.

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

CHIARA MAGNAGHI reserves the right to:

• refuse returns that do not comply with this policy
• document the condition of returned products upon arrival
• limit requests from accounts showing abusive return behavior
